As New 22-40 ton (90mm pin) Hydraulic Excavator Quick Hitch Coupling

DESCRIPTION

As New Excavator Hydraulic Coupler Quick Hitch to suit 22-40 Ton machines.

Designed for: Case CX240 / CX290 etc. but will fit other machines (see below list of machines we have found so far).

Condition is Used, but has almost no use and there is no wear on either the pins or the hooks, just has some chips on the paint.

Has Lifting Eye Hook (see pics# 1-4).

Pin Setup Dimensions (where your Dipper Arm goes in):
* Pin Diameter: 90mm.
* Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC): 488mm.
* Between The Ears (BTE): 355mm Between the inside Ear Bosses of the hitch (which can be shaved back up to 369mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your excavator's dipper arm to fit in).

Pin Setup Dimensions (where the Hitch goes in your bucket):
* Pin Diameter: 90mm.
* Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC): 488mm, but it looks like the rear hook could still close over a slightly larger CtoC, maybe 500mm or more?
* Between The Ears (BTE): 349mm (your buckets/attachments need to have at least this much width between the ears).

Should fit: Case CX240 / CX290.

Maybe fit: JCB JS240 / JS240LC (XO Machines) / JS260 / JS260LC (XO Machines), Kato 1220SE2 / 1250SE / HD700SEV / HD900SEV, Kobelco SK220 / SK230 / SK250 / SK250LC, Komatsu PC300 / PC300 Mighty / PC300-3 / PC300-5 / PC300-6 / PC300-7 / PC300HD-6 / PC300LC-7 / PC340 / PC350 / PC360, Link-Belt 240LX / 290LX / 3400 QUANTUM / 3900 QUANTUM, Sumitomo SH220 / SH220-2 / SH220-3 / SH220LC / SH240 / SH290 / SH300-5 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings.

Hitch dimensions: 910mm long, 531mm wide, 510mm high. Weight: 324kg.
