22-36 ton (90mm pin) Excavator Jaws Hitch needs repair or for Headstock

DESCRIPTION

Jaws Excavator Hydraulic Coupler Quick Hitch to suit 22-36 Ton machines.

This hitch has a substantial crack (see pics# 6 & 9) on one of the front hooks and has the hydraulics removed.
If you are really keen you could repair the crack and reinstall hydraulics for a working genuine Jaws hitch.
But most likely this will suit someone willing to cut off the lower section and use the top section for a Headstock.

Has Lifting Eye Hook (see pics# 1 & 3-8).

*** Pin Setup Dimensions (where your Dipper Arm goes in):
* Pin Diameter: 90mm.
* Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC): 529mm.
* Between The Ears (BTE): 347mm Between the inside Ear Bosses of the hitch (which can be shaved back up to 379mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your excavator's dipper arm to fit in).

Should fit: Halla HE280, Kato 1220SE2 / 1250SE / HD700SEV / HD900SEV, Komatsu PC300 / PC300 Mighty / PC300-3 / PC300-5 / PC300-6 / PC300-7 / PC300HD-6 / PC300LC-7 / PC340 / PC350 / PC360.

Maybe fit: Case CX240 / CX290, Kato HD1430, Kobelco SK220 / SK230 / SK250 / SK250LC / SK260LC-8 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

Hitch dimensions: 860mm long, 560mm wide, 570mm high. Weight: 334kg.
