New 30-65 ton (110mm or 120mm pin) 1200mm Attach2 Heavy Duty Excavator Quarry Rock Bucket

DESCRIPTION

New 1200mm Attach2 Heavy Duty Excavator Quarry / Mining Rock Bucket suit 30-65 Ton machine.

This is an extremely thick & sturdy, well built bucket designed for hard work digging rock in a quarry environment etc.
It has a deep profile for a high capacity.

Extra wear plates added to the front cutting edge, side heels & cheeks and plenty underneath for added durability (see pic# 9).

The front styles, wear strips, side cheeks plating, heel shrouds, removable wing shrouds and the entire bucket wrap is made from HB400 wear alloy, increasing the rigidity, durability and longevity of the bucket. The pin ear plates and side edges are 50mm thick!

Fitted with removable and readily available, Heavy Duty Esco Teeth.

The width is tapered to the rear to minimise wear on the sides when digging rock, also helps mud slide out easily if you do any wet ground work with it.

Double-Radius Curve means it's able to cut into the ground at the same angle as the crowd action, making it easier to fill and stop the bucket striking the ground at the rear.

***** Current Headstock configuration:
Front & Rear Pin Diameter: 110mm (but the pin holes are 120mm, so just a quick pin change to setup for 120mm pins).
Pin Center to Pin Center: 598mm.
Between the inside Ear Bosses: 471mm (which can be shaved back up to 509mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit in).

NOTE! Currently fitted with 120mm pins which have been lathed down to 110mm in the middle (see pic# 8), so just insert fresh 120mm pins if your machine uses 120mm.

*** As a 110mm Pin Configuration (current setup):
Should fit: Caterpillar 330D w/Mass Linkage / 345C w/Reach Linkage / 345C w/TB Link, Hitachi EX400-1 / EX400-2 / EX400-3 / EX400 / EX450 / EX455, Hitachi Zaxis 400 / 450 / 450 & LC / 470H-3 / 500-3, John Deere 450DLC, Samsung SE350LC / SE350-3 / SE450LC, Volvo EC330B / EC330C / EC360B / EC360C / EC380D / EC460B / EC460C / EC480D.
Maybe fit: Caterpillar 345B w/Mass Linkage / 345ME w/UB Link / 365 w/Reach Linkage / 365B L w/V Link, Daewoo Solar 400LC-2 / 400LC-3 / 400LC-V / 420LC-V, Hitachi EX550 / EX600 Long Arm and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** As a 120mm Pin Configuration (insert 120mm pins into the 120mm holes):
Should fit: Daewoo DX480 LC, Daewoo Solar 450-3 / 450LC-V, Doosan DX480 / DX490LC-3 / DX520 / S470LC-V / S500LC-V.
Maybe fit: Caterpillar 345C w/Mass Linkage / 365B / 365B L w/VB Link / 365C w/Reach Linkage and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).
