35-80 ton (130/115mm pin) Excavator Headstock Hitch Mounting Plate

DESCRIPTION

130mm/115mm pin Excavator Headstock to suit 35-80 ton machines. There is some light surface rust but is otherwise in great condition.

Can be used for a mounting headstock for a Rock Breaker Hammer or Auger, or mount as a regular headstock for buckets and other attachments etc.

Currently setup for an Auger but the top brackets could be cut off to make a standard flat plate headstock.

The pins could be milled down in the middle to suit smaller pin diameters. Alternatively the pins could be sleaved with a tube in the middle, or the pin holes could be bored out to suit larger pin sizes.
eg. the 130mm Pin could be milled down in the middle to make an all-115mm pin headstock.
or the 115mm pin could be sleaved with a 130mm OD tube of 7.5mm wall thickness to make it an all-130mm headstock.
As long as your Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC) and Between the Ears (BTE) are within range for your machine/hitch then many combinations of 100mm / 110mm / 115mm / 120mm / 130mm / 140mm Pins are possible.

Current Headstock setup:
One Pin is 130mm Diameter the other 115mm, 640mm Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC), 523mm Between the inside Ear Bosses (which can be shaved back up to 555mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit in).

The main Mounting plate and the Auger mount ears are 32mm thick.
The Auger pin mount holes are currently 90mm diameter.

Should fit: Komatsu PC750SE-6.

Maybe fit: Caterpillar 355C w/ Mass Linkage, Caterpillar 365B, Caterpillar 385B, Caterpillar 385C w/ Reach Linkage, Hitachi EX550, Hitachi EX600 Bulk Ex Arm, Komatsu PC650SE-3 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** Possible all-115mmm Pins configuration:

Should fit: Komatsu PC600, Komatsu PC600LC-8.

Maybe fit: Komatsu PC600LC-6, Komatsu PC600LC-7, Komatsu PC600LC-8, Komatsu PC650-6 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** There are many other Possible 100mm / 110mm / 115mm / 120mm / 130mm / 140mm Pin combinations.
