New 4-9 ton (45, 40 or 50mm pin) Excavator Hydraulic Thumb Bucket Grapple Grab

DESCRIPTION

New Jen Wea JW04B Excavator Hydraulic Thumb Grapple Grab Bucket suit 4-9 Ton machine. The bucket moves as a normal bucket attached to your hitch or directly to your dipper arm. The Thumb moves Hydraulically.

Designed for Rock & Log work, but can also be used for demolition and general material handling, picking things up, moving them around etc.

Required Oil Flow: 30-55 L/min.
Working Pressure: 110-140 bar.

Opening Width: 1300mm.

Currently setup for 45mm pins but could easily be configured for 40mm by Lathing the pins in the middle, or to 50mm, 55mm or 60mm pins by boring out the holes in the removable collars (see pic #9) and inserting bigger pins. Or straight to 65mm pins by removing the collars completely and inserting 65mm pins.

***** Headstock Dimensions:
* The Pin Diameter is 45mm but they are fitted into collar bosses that fit into 65mm diameter Pin holes (see pic# 9), so pins up to 65mm diameter can be fitted without needing to bore out the holes in the bucket's headstock.
* The Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC) is 260mm.
* The distance between the collar bosses is 156mm. Removing the collar bosses, the distance between the headstock bosses is 221mm, but these welded-on-bosses could also be shaved back on the insides to a maximum of 242mm (the distance Between the Ear Plates), if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit into.

*** 45mm Pin configuration (current):
Should fit: Case CX 47 / 50B, Caterpillar 304C CR / 304CR-ISJ / 305C CR / 305CR-ISJ, Daewoo Solar 055 / 055V / 055V PLUS, Doosan S 55-V, Hitachi EX55UR / EX55UR Import, Kobelco 45SR-2 / 50SR-3 / SK 50UR-2, Komatsu PC 50UU-1 / PC 50UU-2, Samsung SE 50W, Yanmar B 50 / B 50-2 / B 50-2B / VIO40-1 / VIO40-2 / VIO40V / VIO45 / VIO45-5 / VIO50 / VIO50-1 / VIO50-2 / VIO55 / VIO55-5.
Maybe fit: Doosan S 75-V, Hitachi EX58MU, Hyundai R 55-7, Komatsu PC 40 / PC 45R-8 / PC 45R-8E / PC 58UU-3, Kubota KH151 / KH161-3 / KH191 / KX151 / KX161-2 / KX161-3 / KX191 / RX501 / U45, Samsung SE 50-3, Volvo EC50/W / EC55 / EC55B / ECR58 / MX 55/W / SE 50-3, Yanmar YB 50 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** As a 40mm Pin configuration (lathe the middle of the 45mm pins down to 40mm):
Should fit: Case 580SLE, Caterpillar 304CR-OSJ / 304.5 / 305CR-OSJ, Hitachi EX50 / EX50URG, New Holland EC 45 / EH 45, Schaeff HR18, Terex HR18.
Maybe fit: Bobcat 730 / 753 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** As a 50mm Pin configuration (bore out Collars & insert 50mm pins):
Should fit: Ackerman H3, Schaeff HR31.
Maybe fit: Bobcat 442 / X442, IHI 50 / 55J / (Cheiftain) 55J / (Cheiftain) 65UJ / 70Z, Kato 140, Schaeff HR32, Sumitomo SH 65U w/ Knuckle Boom, Terex HR32, Wacker Neuson 5002 / 6002 / 6003 / 6502 / 6503 / 50z3, Yanmar B 7 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).
