the top deck of ?ze, you will be able to enjoy a glass of French Champagne
while taking in the breathtaking views and the natural wonder of Lake Eildon.
This huge 5Br floating holiday home is beautifully appointed with
gorgeous natural timber throughout. ?ze certainly invokes the charm of the
French Riviera while providing exceptional amenity without compromise.
Downstairs is configured with a rear living and dining area and a mid side
kitchen, opening onto a massive rear duckboard for all your water access fun.
?ze embraces open plan living to its fullest.
Internal stairs lead to the second story that house 3 of 5 bedrooms, including
the master bedroom with front views and a full ensuite. Then a second living space
for the kids to watch their TV. This opens onto a wonderful indoor/outdoor al
fresco space with second dining and kitchenette. Imagine enjoying dinner as the
sun’s rays dance on the water at sunset.
The top open level (with hard top targa) will accommodate the largest
of groups for evening drinks and snacks without fail. You will think you are on
the hilltop overlooking Eze in the French Riviera as you sip your bubbles.
Manoeuvring ?ze will be a breeze with the front bow thruster and twin
Mercruiser motors to give confidence and control when mooring.
In 2021 ?ze had a significant investment into its solar power system –
8 Solar Panels, a large, quality Victron Energy Inverter/Charger System and Gel
House Batteries.
Eze was out of the water in November 2021 with the pontoons serviced,
motors and motor legs serviced, plus a full exterior paint. Plus, the duckboard
was extended and 2 new side boat boards attached.
