Main bedroom with queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. Open plan living, kitchen and dine. Fully self contained kitchen with microwave, dishwasher. Relaxing living area with R/C air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR. Board games and videos available to use. 2nd bedroom with one queen bed and two singles. 3rd bedroom and 4th bedrooms have two single beds in each. Bedroom s all have ceiling fans .Main bathroom, shower with separate bath, separate toilet. Laundry has an automatic washing machine and dryer. Fully enclosed backyard, room for the dog, allowed outside only. Barbecue and outdoor setting. Double garage.

$1200 per week - New Year Week
$1080 per week - December/January
$710 for 4 nights - Easter
$610 per week - Shoulder Season (Feb, March )
$610 per week - School Holidays
$550 per week - Off Season/Winter
$70 Clean Fee
$400 Refundable bond
$165 per night, minimum 2 nights in the off season and winter time only.
Long weekends 3 night minimum
1 week minimum booking for any other time of the year
No bookings available in the month of November.
