This cabin consists of open-plan living, double bed (curtained off from the living area), kitchen with stove and small oven, fridge, air-conditioning, dining table and chairs, lounge, bathroom, balcony and private driveway parking for one vehicle. Please note: Microwave, TV, linen and kitchen utensils, saucepans, crockery and cutlery are not included for long term rentals. Electricity is not included. Sleeps 1 adult on a long term rental.

Village facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, 2 playgrounds, a 7-day Reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers and clotheslines), full-size tennis court and barbecue areas (fee).

Rental Conditions: A Long Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant identification and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made. Please note that Applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent from the applicant. Rental is $420.00 per week (for maximum of 1 tenant), plus electricity. A minimum 4-month stay applies. 2 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the lease plus a bond equivalent to 3 week's rent. A refundable $100 key and boomgate swipecard deposit is payable on arrival.
