Welcome to this charming holiday rental, perfect for two families, located in the idyllic coastal town of Sussex Inlet.
Things to note about the property:
Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
Aircon and WIFI are NOT available.
No Garage Access
No smoking inside the house
No Pets allowed.

Featuring four well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, this house comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. The two bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests, allowing everyone to freshen up and unwind after a day of coastal adventures.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the soothing ambience of the beach-styled decor, featuring hues of blue that evoke the nearby ocean.
Take advantage of the inviting veranda, complete with outdoor chairs and a barbecue. This outdoor space is the ideal setting for al fresco dining or simply sipping your morning coffee as you bask in the coastal breeze.

This holiday house boasts a prime location, just a two-minute walk from the boat ramp and canal system. Whether you're an avid boater or simply enjoy being near the water, this proximity offers endless opportunities for fishing, boating, or leisurely exploring the picturesque canals of Sussex Inlet. Imagine spending your days cruising along the waterways, enjoying the beauty of nature and the tranquillity of the surroundings.
Additionally, our rental is conveniently located close to the town centre, providing easy access to local shops, cafes, takeaways, and even a brewery. Immerse yourself in the local community, browse through charming boutiques, savour delicious meals at nearby eateries, or indulge in a refreshing beverage at the brewery.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
