Purchased 2019, well used but in great condition. Set up less than one minute- one person. Pull down 2 minutes - one person- easy. Have had no problems with it, travelling 100,000km on my vehicle. Great in very strong winds and heavy rain. Only alteration was sealing off the vent/fan early on due to small amount of water getting in during deluge. No problems since. Sometimes velcro was not properly attached or rain started during the night, so some water got in and was dried off quickly. Small markings from same. Otherwise, high density mattress with air wicking underpad ensure good and dry nights have been enjoyed. Precautionary Fibreglass patch placed at rear in 2020 when small marks were noticed. Not sure what caused the mark, but this area has not been a problem. No mechanics to fail, two struts only, with two hinges each, so simple. Ladder is added extra, will throw that in also. Easy to clean fibreglass shell sparkles when clean. Hopefully the new owner will get lots of adventures in with it. There is an increasing number of these tents being used, and it is noted that car hire places install these increasingly on their adventure vehicles.
