This historic Federation home was commissioned by Mr Thomas Irving, Secretary of the Brisbane Tramways Company, built by Mr I McMahon and completed in August, 1902. It is 117 years old, in excellent condition, retaining much of its original fixtures and fittings. It is a spacious, comfortable home as well as being truly unique.
