That’s right, the shed comes with a boat included (or not if you have your own) – 30 foot fishing boat with all the bells and whistles. In a previous life a commercial reef fishing boat. It is less than 500m to the boat jetty on the Daintree River. You can be on the reef in about an hour – how amazing would this be…

Sitting on 2023m2 - Enjoy the living space of this Council Approved house – with the boat in the lounge room. The perfect spot for a drink at the end of the day watching the birds come home to roost and the sun setting over the hills.

The kitchen is a full kitchen with electric stove, microwave and storage shelves and a pantry, corner cupboards and room for everything you need. Add to this the separate storeroom with shelves to store absolutely anything. The bathroom is full size with massive linen cupboard before entering the bedroom which is a good size, nice big windows for light and breezes also with access into the shed.

The shed is 9m x 12m, concreted and high roof to take any size boat. Big double metal doors at the entry open wide to allow easy access. They are also cyclone proof with a separate locking system that works well. Out the back is the Chocolate Box (a recycled Cadbury’s truck body) – another storage area for mowers, whipper whackers and more cos you can’t have this stuff in the main shed – its for all things BOAT…

A fully fenced and simply landscaped flat block. Orange blossoms give privacy from the rear neighbours and the fruit trees are welcome. A fabulous mandarin, mango, avocado and maybe a lemon tree, some full size Bohemia trees for shade also.
Walk to the Daintree Village shops for dinner at the pub, a snack at one of the café’s, a river tour with Crocodile Express, walking tracks in the bush and of course the river for Barra fishing (in season).

Just over an hour from Cairns, 30 minutes from Mossman and you are here to relax for as long as you wish. Or live here permanently – there is even the 100 year old Daintree Primary School if you have little ones and a bus for high school students.

This is the ultimate lifestyle for a bunch of mates chipping in for or a fabulous fishing hideaway if you wish. A shed that could house a business, manufacturing something or whatever you need a big shed for.
