The shed is 9m x 12m, concreted and high roof to take any size boat. Big double metal doors at the entry open wide to allow easy access. They are also cyclone proof with a separate locking system that works well. Out the back is the Chocolate Box (a recycled Cadburyâs truck body) â another storage area for mowers, whipper whackers and more cos you canât have this stuff in the main shed â its for all things BOATâ¦
A fully fenced and simply landscaped flat block. Orange blossoms give privacy from the rear neighbours and the fruit trees are welcome. A fabulous mandarin, mango, avocado and maybe a lemon tree, some full size Bohemia trees for shade also.
