Welcome to the stunning holiday house in Sussex Inlet, Fair views, a perfect retreat for your getaway with family and friends. This spacious and inviting property offers an unforgettable experience for up to 10 guests.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wi-Fi are available.
- No smoking inside the house
- No pets allowed.
Inside:
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. This design allows for a comfortable and sociable atmosphere, where everyone can gather and relax together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, and the large dining table provides ample space for everyone to enjoy their meals together.
The house features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, complete with a luxurious spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. In addition to the ensuite, there are two more bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all.
For families with children, there's a dedicated kids playroom where the little ones can have their own space to play and entertain themselves. This thoughtful addition ensures that everyone in the family has a delightful time during their stay.
Outside and Location
Situated across the road from the canal, this property offers picturesque views of the water, providing a serene and tranquil setting for your vacation. The quiet street adds to the peaceful ambience, allowing you to fully unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
