Welcome to The Moorings, a waterfront retreat on the South Coast of NSW, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, making it ideal for families and groups.
Things to note about the property:
Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
No Garage Access (1 Space for a small car)
No Aircon and WIFI
No Pets allowed.
No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
As you step inside, you’re greeted by an airy open-plan living space, where the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas flow seamlessly together. This is the heart of the home, designed for both comfort and connection. With plenty of seating and room to move, everyone can gather with ease. From the lounge, step onto the covered outdoor patio—an inviting spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the tranquil waterfront views.
Upstairs, you’ll find the bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience. Two of the three bedrooms boast beautiful water views, and one even features a charming sunroom—a peaceful space to unwind with a book or simply soak in the scenery. Both bathrooms are neat, modern, and well-positioned for guest convenience.
Set within a shared complex, The Moorings offers fantastic amenities, including a swimming pool and tennis court, perfect for keeping everyone entertained. Along the water’s edge, three shared jetties provide excellent spots for fishing, swimming, or simply enjoying the view. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the shared boat ramp within the complex, making it easy to get out on the water.
Conveniently located close to the Sussex Inlet town centre, you’ll have easy access to local shops, caf&aecute;s, and eateries. Whether you’re after a relaxing escape or an active waterfront adventure, The Moorings is the perfect destination for your next coastal getaway.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
