Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and WIFI are available.
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.
- No Slipway Access

Complete with an inviting outdoor dining table, it offers a delightful setting for al fresco meals amidst the gentle coastal breeze. The private jetty is a standout feature, granting guests exclusive access to the canal system. Boat owners will appreciate the convenience of boat parking and mooring facilities, enabling them to explore the picturesque waterways of Sussex Inlet at their leisure.

Seabreeze on Ibis is perfectly positioned in Sussex Inlet, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you're seeking relaxation, outdoor adventures, or a combination of both, this holiday rental provides an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty and attractions of the surrounding area.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
