High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends(3 Night Minimum).

Mid: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov.

Low: May, Jun, Jul, Aug.

All Bookings incur a $119 Booking Fee.
