Hi there friends, my name is Steel! I am an older but super handsome gentleman who is looking for an amazingly comfortable home to retire in.

I was brought to the shelter due to no fault of my own, and my shelter parents know some stuff about me that they would love to share with you. I am looking for a nice warm home to spend my golden years in, getting lots of love and attention.

I haven't met a lot of people during my time but the shelter staff really like me, but make sure I warm up to you first in my own time, I may be better suited to a home without young children.

I will need to be allowed inside where I can be a big part of the family, this will also help me settle in faster! To start with in my new home I am hoping my new family might be able to be around a little to start with just so I can settle in and not be left on my own for too long in the beginning.

I used to live with cats but we weren't the really friends, so I will need a home without any cats or small animals to keep everyone safe. My shelter parents do not think I am seeking a friend, however if you have a very social and polite dog at home, then we can perhaps do a meet and greet when you come to my appointment.
