Good boy Alfie came to the Shelter through no fault of his own. He was quite scared on arrival and was very worried by his change in circumstances. After a couple of weeks in care, Alfie has turned a corner and now looks forward to his daily walks and enjoys quiet interactions with people. Alfie doesn't know much about toys but would love to learn. Alfie will take a little time to settle into a new home and will need someone who is willing to establish a routine, but once he does, you will have a buddy for life. Alfie would be happy to live as an only dog and may be open to living with an older female for company.

We recommend Alife for a home with older teens. All interactions between dogs and children should be actively monitored.

Due to COVID19 lockdown restraints, we have revised our current adoption process which is now by application only. Due to staffing and time constraints it may not be possible to notify you if the animal has already been adopted or if your application is unsuccessful.
