Special conditions
1 - The self-contained granny flat located at the front of the property is the premises to be leased by the tenant and possesses its own private access. The Tenant acknowledges that the granny flat is separate from the Lessor's main residence, which is also located on the property where the lessor resides.
2 -The Tenant shall have exclusive use of the driveway directly in front of the unit for access and parking purposes.
3 - The back courtyard is a shared space between the Lessor and Tenant. The tenant agrees to use this area respectively and in consideration of the Lessors use and vice versa. The tenant shall not enter any other part of the property.
4 - All consumption bills are included within the rent.
