Like the newer MiniMe DSP series of home theater subwoofers, the MKVI DSP has now been overhauled with a highly advanced DSP processor for unparalleled control and sound quality. Users will achieve professional-level tuning results from features like active room correction functions, 25 bands of equalization, continuous phase control, and up to 48dB/Octave crossover, all available at your fingertips. Simply sliding your finger up or down on a mobile device instantly changes the slope, or slide your finger sideways to adjust the bandwidth. As for room correction, the MKVI DSP amplifier is armed with genuine room correction functions that take reflections, refractions, arrival, and equalization all into account, making it a complete DSP solution that ensures optimum acoustic integration into any room.

SLAPS – PATENTED SUPERIORITY

SLAPS technology is a critical player in translating the high power of the Supernova MKVI DSP amplifier into dominating LFE. SLAPS is a patented system that dramatically boosts subwoofer efficiency and capability of ultra-low frequency reproduction. SLAPS stands for Symmetrically Loaded Audio Passive System. As the name indicates, it is built symmetrically, distinguishing it from traditional passive devices. It integrates identical components in its suspension and design, ensuring the unit moves identically in both directions.
