600 mm in length. The AE312 range of Marine Antennas are âGround Dependantâ. Part of the base has been manufactured in Stainless Steel for marine use.
Being âGround Plane Dependantâ the antenna base needs to be in contact with a metallic surface (Ground Plane), such as steel or aluminium of approximately 0.5m2 in area or greater.
Please Note: Fishfinders and other electrical devices can radiate varying levels of ânoiseâ during operation.
To maximise the clarity of your transceiver signal avoid routing the antenna cable adjacent to transducer cables and other sources of possible interference.
