Delightfully presented, this 3 bedroom home can accommodate for up to 11 guests and is well catered for families. Property features a fully functional renovated kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer, dish washer, coffee machine and microwave which leads to the open plan dining room. Furthermore the open dining / kitchen leads to the outdoor rear decking with BBQ and outdoor seating.
The large lounge room with TV and DVD player has a wood fire heater for those cold winters days and split system for all year round comfort. Lounge features a fold-out double bed sofa at one end, and lounge with reclining chairs at the other. There is an assortment of kids books and DVDS, a few toys for the little ones and a selection of board games and books for the adults.
Accommodating for up to 11 guests, this 3 bedroom home combines the following sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1; 1 x Queen-size bed
Bedroom 2; 1 x Queen-size bed, 1 x set of single bunks
Bedroom 3; 1 x double bed with top single bunk
Lounge room has fold out double sofa bed and porta cot is available for use. All the beds in the bedrooms are fitted with electric blankets and each bedroom has ceiling fans.
Property features one recently renovated bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry with washing machine available for use.
On a large allotment with plenty of outdoor space in the front and rear of property there is plenty of room in the rear yard to securely park your cars or boats, or perhaps a backyard game of outdoor cricket or footy. There is an outdoor sink available for the keen fishermen to clean the catch of the day, and a selection of small kid’s bikes available for use. Please note double garage is not available for use.
$1,200 per week (High), $950 per week (Low), $190 per night (2 night minimum)
