Her 1999 film Way of the Birds was screened at the prestigious Annecy Animation Festival in 2000 and was nominated for an AFI Award in the same year. Living with Happiness, her film for the SBS Series Home Movies, won the 2001 Emirates AFI Award in the Best Short Animation category.
