McLibel (Franny Armstrong, 2005) is an 85-minute documentary film about the attempt by McDonald's to stop the distribution of a pamphlet that they claimed defamed them. Two of the distributors of the pamphlet, London Greenpeace members Helen Steel and Dave Morris, defended themselves in what turned out to be Britain's longest-ever civil trial.
