Located only 400 meters from the beach, 600 meters to the local Portarlington Golf Club and a very short 3 minute drive to the main heart of Portarlington where you can enjoy the convenience of a supermarket, newsagency, cafes, bakery, pub, boutiques, lolly shop, skate park, playground and pier. There are many wineries close by where you can enjoy a beverage and local produce.
Accommodating for up to 6 guests this 2 bedrooms plus sunroom combines of the following sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
Bedroom 2 – 2 x Single beds
Sunroom – Single bed bunks
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer and microwave.
Combined bathroom and laundry with shower and separate toilet. Washing machine available for use.
Lounge room offers TV, DVD, VHS and CD player, along with a Rerecord player and a large selection of original records which you can enjoy.
On a large allotment with plenty of outdoor space in the front and rear of property there is plenty of room to park your cars or boats, or perhaps a backyard game of cricket. This property is however not suitable for pets as the yard is not enclosed. And does not have a BBQ.
Long weekends 3 night minimum stay.
