Rare Griffin classic timber racer/cruising yacht

DESCRIPTION

Grace is a 32ft timber sloop built in 1955.
As Mia 11 she ocean raced out of Sydney in the fifties and sixties and achieved many firsts and placements.
I bought her in 2018 and have lovingly restored her from the keel up as a racer/cruiser.
She has 1.8m beam and draws 1.5m with a short lead keel.
New 316 ST keel bolts
Deck and cabin beams replaced and doubled up on while the majority of the deck, cabin walls and roof were replaced with marine ply and fiber glassed over.
The hull was completely stripped back and repainted and anti-fouled.
The hull in in excellent condition.
The interior was completely stripped back and painted and new glass put in windows.
New cupboards built, along with more storage area in bow and a forward bunk.
The galley consists of a two burner spirit stove along with a small sink and work area.
There is an Isotherm fridge built in this area.
Forward there is a Jabsco electric toilet.
The yacht has been completely rewired and uses two Blue Sea circuit breaker panels for control and protection.
There are two Rule bilge pumps.
The fuel tank holds 42l whilst the water tank holds 60l
New LED navigation lights.
There are two 100 A/H AGM batteries
New Nanni 14 HP diesel engine (N2.14) , freshwater cooled. Has been recently serviced at 100 hrs.
New two blade bronze propeller fitted.
New standing rigging.
New Lewmar winches.
Sails - Furling genoa in very good condition, Main in fair condition.
Spinaker pole but no spinaker.
New anchor.
Electronics
All instruments are Raymarine and connected on a SeaTalk network.
