DESCRIPTION

The Meltdown pendant is a spherical shaped lamp that is made from thin coloured glass that is hand blown in a mold. Interestingly enough the inspiration of this piece was drawn from the disastrous events of the nuclear accident which occurred in Fukishima Japan. The melting effect that is evident in the design of the lamps are representative of what the carnage that took place during that event and Johan Lindsten has managed to capture that moment perfectly within the glass. The pendant is made from high quality glass and hand blown in order to achieve the desired effect. They can be arranged in various combinations and structures and are available in many colours. Ask our staff for more colours than are available on site as we do have access to them when required.
