We can offer you a FaceTime video call walk thru inspection at a mutually suitable time simply advise us when you might be available and we will contact you from the property and walk you thru via FaceTime.
In addition we will be uploading property walk thru videos of all our rentals properties in order for prospective tenants to be able to visually see each and every home although not physically, these videos will provide you with approximately 10 minutes of footage of the home covering all rooms, property features plus front/rear yards.
We understand that this is not the usual method but given the current circumstances the safety and well-being of all people within our community plus our own staff members are of the highest priority and importance to us.
Please let us know if scheduling a FaceTime walk thru is something you would like to have and we will happily do our best to organise this for you. We apologise for any inconvenience but do ask you to please understand that in these challenging times never before seen we have to undertake necessary measures to ensure everyone stay's safe.
