- Adjustable thermostat between 30°C and 90°C with temperature display
- Fan forced heat circulation with humidity via concealed water well
- Double-glazed sliding rear roller doors

- Steel frame for extra strength
- Insulated exterior panels finished in matt black
- All interior surfaces are bright polished 304 grade stainless steel
- Glass top rear serving shelf
- Supplied on (78mm) castors for ease of cleaning
- Exterior cabinet trim finished with bright polished stainless steel
- 3 display shelves, each illuminated with high impact lighting
- Top 2 wire shelves are fully adjustable and can be removed for cleaning
- Shelves are supplied with ticket stripping to front
