The Koldtech Refrigerated Preparation Bench is the ideal way to show off those fresh ingredients you are using in front of customers. With high impact lighting for blown over well in the square glass gantry and ample refrigerated strorage below this is the perfect front of house preparation area.

• Designed for the refrigerated holding and display of sandwich fillings or for pizza and noodle ingredients
• Refrigerated GN 1/3 size service well with cold air blowing above and below pans
• Includes undercounter refrigerated storage
• Rated to operate at ambient temperatures up to 32°C
• Adjustable electronic thermostat with digital display, for temperatures between 2°C & 5°C for products requiring different holding temperatures
• Unique full-length back mounted evaporator coil
• Supplied with sliding glass doors to rear
• Self-contained refrigeration system using R404a refrigerant, slides out for easy servicing from rear
• No drainage connection required
• Exterior made from 304 grade stainless steel
• Undercounter door frame and mullion are 430 grade stainless steel
• All interior surfaces are stainless steel
• Supplied with 100mm deep 1/3 gastronorm pans to suit and pan support bars
• Supplied on castors (2 lockable) for ease of cleaning
• Supplied with 2 plastic coated zinc-plated steel shelves per door
