DESCRIPTION

Koldtech's Seafood Display Unit is a great hassle free option to show fresh seafood in all applications. Using a cross fin coil and a refrigerated cold well this allows product to be displayed on a bed of ice for extended periods of time at ideal temperatures for seafood.

Features:

• Refrigerated display cabinet designed specifically for storage of wet fish & seafood on ice
• Refrigerated deep sloping well for ice, with large plug & drain for easy cleaning. Plumbing required for drain
• Top-mounted cross fin coil for even refrigeration within the cabinet
• Supplied with stainless steel wire mid shelf for display of other products
• Rear removable service top
• Double glazed “low-E” straight glass front & sides with warm blown air on the front and sides for exceptional display and minimal condensation.
• Top section of display made from 12mm glass
• Self-closing double-glazed sliding rear doors with one way mirror finish
• Rated to operate at ambient temperatures up to 32°C
• Adjustable electronic thermostat with digital display, for temperatures between -1.5°C & 1°C
• Self-contained refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R-404a refrigerant
• Steel frame for extra strength
• Fully insulated and finished in satin 304 grade stainless steel
• Supplied on (78mm) castors (2 lockable to rear) for ease of cleaning
• Refrigeration unit ventilates from lower rear side
