Off street parking for 3 cars only - no parking under the carport please.

TENANTS TO SUPPLY OWN LINEN

$1800 per week - Christmas/January Rate 7 night minimum
$1200 per week - Shoulder Season (Feb/Mar)
$1500 per week - School Holidays 7 night minimum
$1000 per week - Off Season & Winter (April - October) 2 nights minimum
$1200 for 4 nights - Easter

$240 per night, minimum 2 nights in the off season and wintertime only
3-night minimum long weekends.
