Property can sleep nine people in four bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double and 5 single beds. Upstairs: large lounge, dining and kitchen area opening onto the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Television, DVD player, electric heating and ducted air conditioning. The large main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. Ensuite off the main bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry consists of a washing machine and ironing facilities. Downstairs: there is another bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet to service the double bedroom. Enclosed courtyard at the rear with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. Double garage. NON SMOKING.
You are able to either supply your own linen, or you can opt to hire a linen package which includes sheets, towels, pillow cases and tea towels on request. This is an extra fee of $130. Please make contact at the time of booking, thank you.
