4th bedroom is great for children - games / TV and space to play.
Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Laundry with washing machine. In the laundry area there is a separate toilet, separate shower and vanity. Great after a day at the beach!
The large enclosed back yard features a lovely lawn area for the children to play on and concrete driveway areas for the scooters.
Off street parking for 2 cars plus boat.
TENANTS ARE TO SUPPLY OWN LINEN.
$3000 per week - Christmas/New Year Weeks
$2500 per week - December/January School Holidays
$1700 per week - Shoulder Season
$2300 for 4 nights - Easter
$1700 per week - School Holidays
$1500 per week - Off Season & Winter
$300 per night, minimum 2 nights in the off season and winter time only.
$500 per night Friday / Saturday 2 night min
Long weekend 3 night min.
1 week minimum booking for any other time of the year
