$2000 per week - Christmas/January Rate.
$1170 for 4 nights - Easter
$1110 per week - Early Dec rate until start of the Dec holidays
$1160 per week - Shoulder Season (Feb & March)
$1160 per week - April School Holidays
$1160 per week - July & Sep/Oct School Holidays
$1000 per week - Off Season & Winter Rate (April - October)

$230 per night, minimum 2 nights in the off season & winter time only.
1 week minimum booking for any other time of the year.

LANDLORD RIGHTS/CANCELLATIONS
*****Please note that the Landlord has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Landlord, and the Landlord reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time with a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Landlord may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the landlord reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
