Linen is available - flat rate of $45 for up to 6 people or Tenants can supply their own linen.

$1505 per week - Christmas/January Rate
$860 for 4 nights - Easter
$770 per week - School Holidays
$700 per week - Shoulder Season
$650 per week - Off Season

$175 per night, minimum two nights in the off season and winter time only.

$215 per night, minimum 3 nights for long weekends

$80 compulsory cleaning fee
$300 bond
