Hey there, Ian Thorpe here, a green tree frog. Despite being an excellent swimmer, even for me the recent 'rain bomb' got too much for my swimmers legs! Anyhow, did you know that green tree frogs are probably the best known frog in Australia? We make excellent pets as we are long lived, easy to maintain and seem very well adjusted to life in captivity. We can also tolerate a small amount of handling and for this reason we have been very popular as children's pets!
