Propionic Shermanii Swiss Cheese Culture suitable for 100 litres of milk. Short Dated - Save 10% - While Stocks Last Best Before - 29/11/2024 Cultures work long after any stated best-before date. Best-Before Date not a Use-By Date   Propionic culture produces the characteristic eyes (holes), aroma and flavour associated with Swiss, Gruyere and Emmenthal. This culture is to be used with a Thermophilic culture for preparing Swiss-type cheeses.  Direct Inoculation Starter Culture. Suitable for 100 L milk. Each sachet is very concentrated and comes with two free sterile jars.  Specification Sheet Cheesemaking ingredients such as culture may vary in strength (by volume), from country to country, and manufacturer to manufacturer. Please read the package labelling on any cheese-making ingredient for dosage directions.Please note: We ship these products Australia wide, however, they do require long term storage in a freezer, on arrival. Extended time out of a freezer will decrease the shelf life.
