The Bus 4x4 AWD Conversion Kit with a Wheelchair Lift to suit Toyota Coaster featuring Full Time AWD with High and Low Range 4x4 converts the bus into a seriously off-road people mover which can be used by remote businesses and organisations to offer complete services to the community.

Developed in-house by the Bus 4x4 R&D Division, this conversion comes standard with Full Time High and Low Range 4x4 (electronic switch) and modified Front and Rear Suspension. The wheelchair lift is modified to accommodate the 210mm lift over the factory standard to ensure a safe and reliable operation across all challenging terrain. The Bus 4x4 AWD Conversion of Coaster complies with the Australian Government Motor Vehicle Standards Act of 1989 under the national vehicle standard (Australian Design Rule - ADR) through a SSM IPA (Secondary Stage Manufacture - Identification Plate Approval) issued when a road vehicle meets all the applicable ADRs.

The Wheelchair Conversion complies with NHVR for K1, K2 and R2 which are for seating alteration, seatbelt and wheelchair loader installation. You can also opt for additional limited slip diff, super single tyres and upgraded fuel tank.
