New 5-10 ton (45 or 50mm pin) 600mm Genuine JCB Excavator Digging & Trenching Bucket

DESCRIPTION

New 600mm Genuine JCB Excavator Digging & Trenching GP Bucket suit 5-10 Ton machine. This is a very large, much higher capacity bucket than usual for the pin size.

It is New & Unused but has some paint scuffs from warehouse storage & handling.

Designed for JCB 805-2 / 806-2 / 8052 / 8060 / 8080ZTS / 3CX / 3CX Std to Suit G65 Bush / 3CX std w/o G65 Bush / 4CX etc. but will fit other machines (see below list of machines we have found so far).

Fitted with 45mm pins into collar/sleeve bushes that fit into 51mm diameter Pin holes, so pins up to 51mm diameter can be fitted without needing to bore out the holes in the headstock (see pic# 9).

The bucket has removable Bolt-On Side Cutters that are 1 piece with the outer teeth.

There are grease nipples on all 4 of the pin Outer Bosses (see pics# 6-7).

There are also extra Wear Strips welded underneath for durability (see pic# 10). We also have this exact same bucket without the 14kg of bottom wear strips for $150 less ($1100).

*** Current Headstock configuration:
* 45mm Pins fitted into collar/sleeve bushes that fit into 51mm diameter Pin holes, so pins up to 51mm diameter can be fitted without needing to bore out the holes in the headstock (see pic# 9).
* The Pin Center to Pin Center is 341mm.
* The distance between the collar/sleeve bushes is 170mm. Removing the bushes, the distance between the headstock bosses is 177mm, but these welded-on-bosses could also be shaved back on the insides to a maximum of 194mm (the distance Between the Ear Plates), if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit into.

*** 45mm Pin Configuration (current):
Should fit: JCB 805-2 / 806-2 / 8052 / 8060 / 8080ZTS / 3CX / 3CX std w/o G65 Bush / 4CX.
Maybe fit: Caterpillar 307 / 308 / E 70B, Daewoo Solar 080-3 / 080W-3, Hitachi EX60 / EX60-3 / EX60-5 UK Version, Terex TX750 / TX760 / TX860, Volvo BL71 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** As a 50mm Pin Configuration:
Should fit: JCB 3CX Std to Suit G65 Bush.
Maybe fit: Kato 180, MacMotor M8M and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

Overall Dimensions: 610mm Wide (at the side cutters/teeth), 915mm Deep, 855mm High. Weight: 168kg.
