DESCRIPTION

New Single Portable Toilet Restroom Demountable Building Block.

Can be setup for permanent or portable use with easy fork lift access and roof lifting hooks for easy moving around.

50mm cavity between internal & external walls is vacuum filled with insulating foam to help maintain constant temperature.

Door can be locked externally with key lock, or internally by turning the inside locking knob.

Separate outlets for gray water & brown water. Electrics are 240V.

Toilet room has:
* Dual flush rate cistern.
* Wash basin with built-in sink plug.
* Interior light & switch.
* Exhaust fan extractor & switch.
* Natural air vent above door.
* Easy clean floor, walls and ceiling

Overall Shipping Dimensions: 109cm(Wide) x 124cm(Deep) x 246cm(High - but could be shortened to 240cm if the 4 top lifting hooks were cut off).
