22-50 ton (100/90/80mm pin) Titan Excavator Compaction Wheel

DESCRIPTION

Used 545mm Wide Drum, Titan Excavator Compaction Wheel suit 22-50 Ton machines.
4 rows of pads and fitted with dual Mud Scrapers between the pads.

Conditions is used, it has a few bangs & dints but rolls smooth and has plenty of life left.
It has had several Headstock Pin Spacing modifications done which allows for a greater range of machines it can fit.

This is a well engineered, heavy duty Compaction Wheel, made in Australia by Titan Manufacturing.

Drum:
* Width: 545mm.
* Curved Steel Plate Diameter: 800mm (not including pads).
* Total Drum Diameter (including pads): 920mm.

Pads (tapered):
* Height: 60mm.
* Size at Top: 45mm wide x 90mm long.
* Size at Base: 50mm wide x 130mm long.

Dimensions (standing up): 660mm Wide, 920mm Deep, 1310mm High.
Weight: 1016kg.

Headstock Configuration:
Rather than places for 2 Pins there are 4. Using Pic# 10 as a guide, here are the Pin size & spacing options.
Place 1 (left side) is an 80mm Pin (removable) that has tube sections welded on to make it a 90mm Pin.
Place 2 (hole) is a 100mm hole that is positioned at 160mm pin centers from place 1.
Place 3 (removable pin) has a 90mm Pin positioned at 368mm pin centers from place 2 & 528mm pin centers from place 1.
Place 4 (pin welded in) has a 100mm Pin positioned at 475mm pin centers from place 2 & 635mm pin centers from place 1.
This allows for a CtoC (pin Center to pin Center) of either 368mm, 475mm, 528mm or 635mm.

BTE (Between The Ears): Based on the first Pin, there is 420mm Between the inside Ear Bosses (which can be shaved back up to 530mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit in).

There are many Pin size & Pin Center combinations possible.

Maybe fit: Caterpillar 330D L w/DB Link, New Holland EC350LC and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).
