30-70 ton (110mm/90mm pin) Heavy Duty Excavator Ripper suit Cat 345/365

DESCRIPTION

Used Heavy Duty Excavator Ripper, suit 30-70 Ton machine.

Designed for Caterpillar 345B w/Mass Linkage / 365 w/Reach Linkage / 365B L w/V Link etc. but will fit other machines (see below list of machines we have found so far).

Great for ripping up tree roots, breaking up rock and loosening rocky ground, tarmac, paved areas etc.

This is an extremely strong, well engineered & reinforced Ripper with a solid 75mm thick shank and a total weight of 838kg!!!

This ripper could be modified to suit other Pin Sizes (details below...)

*** Current Headstock configuration:
* Pin Front: 110mm
* Pin Rear: 90mm
* Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC): 635mm
* Between The Ears (BTE): 504mm Between the inside Ear Bosses (which can be shaved back up to 560mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit in).

* Should fit: Caterpillar 345B w/Mass Linkage, Caterpillar 365 w/Reach Linkage, Caterpillar 365B L w/V Link and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** Alternative 110/100mm pin Headstock configuration:
* Pin Front: 110mm
* Pin Rear: 100mm (bore pin holes to 100mm & insert 100mm pin, or sleeve 90mm pin with 100mm OD tube)
*
* Should fit: New Holland EC450LC / EC600 / FX480 / FX600.
* Maybe fit: Caterpillar 330D w/Mass Linkage / 345C w/Reach Linkage / 345C w/TB Link and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** Alternative all 110mm pin Headstock configuration:
* Pin Front: 110mm
* Pin Rear: 110mm (bore pin holes to 110mm & insert 110mm pin, or sleeve 90mm pin with 110mm OD tube)
*
* Maybe fit: Hitachi EX400 / EX400-1 / EX450 / EX455, John Deere 450DLC and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** Alternative all 100mm pin Headstock configuration:
* Pin Front: 100mm (mill down existing 110mm pin to 100mm or insert 100mm pin into 110mm OD bushes)
* Pin Rear: 100mm (bore pin holes to 100mm & insert 100mm pin, or sleeve 90mm pin with 100mm OD tube)

* Should fit: Kobelco SK450 / SK480.
* Maybe fit: Hitachi EX300 / EX310 / EX330 / EX350 / EX355, Hitachi Zaxis 300 / 330 & LC / 350 / 350LC / 350LC-3 / 370, Hyundai R450LC-7, John Deere 350D LC / 370C and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

Dimensions (standing up as in pics# 1-5): 1498mm High, 710mm Wide, 880mm Deep (from back to front of tooth). Weight: 838kg.
