DESCRIPTION
The Thermic Tablets provide a resource to help with the differentiation of temperature between objects.Each tablet differs by its heat conducting ability. Using a blindfold the user touches the surface of each tablet to sense the subtle differences in temperature between each. The user then ranks each tablet from coolest to warmest.
This set can be used with a carer supporting the user when needed or it can also be used individually or with another person to encourage social interaction.
Careful and mindful observation of the user while working with this material will help to identify any cognitive and sensorial changes taking place.
