Milbemax For Cats Over 2kg Milbemax is a monthly heartworm preventative which also controls hookworm, roundworm and tapeworm. This product can also be used every 3 months to prevent only intestinal worms : roundworm, hookworm, whipworm and tapeworm. PLEASE NOTE: Before using Milbemax you please see your vet to see if the animal has any pre-existing Heartworm infection.
