Being a triple-action drench, the Ivermectin component works to kill a broad spectrum of parasites, including benzimidazole resistant Strongyles, while the Oxibendazole component works to kill ML-resistant (Ivermectin) Ascarids, and the Praziquantel kills Tapeworm heads and segments.
