Beautiful property with approximately 200 acres of cultivation on rich black soil. All cultivation is irrigatable with underground mains supplying water from 2 bores and 2 irrigation licenses from the adjacent creek. The groundwater in the area is currently unmetered, and does not require a licence, or allocation. A large permanent waterhole in the creek provides permanent stock water, and irrigation water, besides being a fabulous swimming and fishing spot. Currently, there is about 50 acres of lucerne planted, producing around 10000 (small) bales of prime in an average year.
