Argon is a colourless and odourless gas present to a very small extent in the atmosphere. Argon is very inert (indeed it is referred to as one of the noble gases) and is not known to form true chemical compounds. It makes a good atmosphere for working with air-sensitive materials since it is heavier than air and less reactive than N2.

Never pay rent again and own your own cylinder! Buying this cylinder means you will own it outright and only have to pay for a refill. 

Suitable for: Mig welding. Steel Mig welding.

* Please note this is NOT a bottle of gas. We only exchange your old empty ones for a new one with gas. Only Speedgas bottles can be exchanged. Customers must bring the bottle in or arrange postage for the old bottle.
