Small Size Class Models: Come in the form of 2500 and the 3500 size is borderline small but could cross into medium size category reel. Either way these 2 size models will suit light-medium fishing styles in lakes, rivers, dams and will also take a little light offshore work from your boat. Ideally these rods will match up to a fishing rod with a rating around. 3-6kg plus. Most rods that suit river and lake are going to be between 6-7ft 6 inches. Medium Size Class Models: Make the perfect chose for those chasing heavier estuary, lake and dam species.
