Daiwa J braid is already very popular with anglers particular about braid quality. New to the Daiwa stables in 2018 is Daiwa J Braid Grand, availed in Island Blue or Multi Colour. Daiwa J Braid Grand is an 8 strand premium PE. Line class starts at 6 pounds (blue), going all the way to the super heavy duty PE12, 120 pounds (multi-colour) breaking strain.
J Braid Grand construction begins with the new raw material to braid manufacturing (Izanas) and is also made via a new construction process called “wet Push.” The outcome is Daiwas strongest, most abrasion resistant braid ever. As the new process delivers a braid with a much rounder profile, J braid grand is four times more abrasion resistant than previous J braids.
